Dr. Indira Alvarez

Dr. Indira Alvarez earned both her bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders and her clinical Doctorate in Audiology from the University of South Florida, graduating with honors. Her clinical training came through residencies with the Department of Veterans Affairs, All Children's Hospital, and private-practice clinics.
She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (F-AAA) and Board Certified in Audiology. A guest lecturer at the University of South Florida on hearing loss and the effects of aging, she has been published in The Advocate, The Hearing Review, and The Hearing Journal. Her clinical heart is in geriatric aural rehabilitation and tinnitus management.
